What type of confidentiality agreement do I need to sign?

Usually, your company will require some type of confidentiality agreement (CDA) to be signed. This CDA is usually supplied by the client. After the CDA is signed by the appropriate parties, appropriate intellectual property can be discussed.

What are your normal business hours?

Regular business hours for Pace Analytical Life Sciences are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday–Friday. Deliveries are accepted from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m Monday through Friday. Samples that are received after 3:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. Rush samples must be received by 10:00 a.m. for same-day rush processing. If you have special timing needs, please discuss these with the Customer Service department.

How do I submit a sample?

Samples are submitted by filling in the appropriate Request Form. For large studies, Pace Analytical Life Sciences can accept spreadsheets or sample tracking forms. You can access a sample submission as a reference.

How do I get a quote for work?

After discussing your project with the Business Development/Sales Group and appropriate Technical professionals, a quote will be generated and provided to you. Upon your approval of the quote and receipt of a purchase order, work can be scheduled. You can request a quote.

How do I get a method developed?

Please visit our Services page for a full description of our method development expertise.

Contact the Business Development Group and they will set up an initial meeting with the appropriate Technical professional. Once the scope of the project is agreed upon, Pace Analytical Life Sciences will prepare a quote with several deliverables usually broken down into 3-4 stages (or phases). Once you have reviewed the proposal and agreed to the scope and deliverables, Pace Analytical Life Sciences can schedule the work. You can request a quote.

Is Pace Analytical Life Sciences a cGMP laboratory?

What is the typical turn-around time?

For a routine sample for which Pace Analytical Life Sciences currently has a validated method (or has previously qualified, in the case of compendial testing), a typical turn-around is 14 calendar days. Turn-around times for multiple samples and stability studies are agreed upon by Pace Analytical Life Sciences and the customer.

How does Pace Analytical Life Sciences handle rush samples?

A surcharge is applied to the normal charge for your sample depending on the urgency. Pace Analytical Life Sciences will attempt to meet your needs on a rush sample. A rush charge day begins no later than 10:00 a.m. Contact Customer Service in advance for availability and pricing of rush services.

What certifications does Pace Analytical Life Sciences have?
